I had a message when I logged on my computer this morning. I am on a Novell 5 network running Windows 95. The message read:

"There are no spare stack pages. It may be necessary to increase the setting of 'MinSPs' in System.INI to prevent possible stack faults.

There are currently 5 SPs allocated."

What does this mean? What causes this? What do I need to do?

Look in the system.ini file, under the [386Enh] section for a line: MinSps=5 and change that to an 8.
If the line isn't in your system.ini, then add it thus:
[386enh]
MinSps=8

Read this, thread615-64273 it explains it all.

Restart. Cheers,
Jim
