Error "The connection to the server was interrupted"

Error reported: 0x800ccc0F the connection to the server was interrupted. This is the message that one of my clienst receives when trying to send/receive email. They are using Outlook 2002. The weird thing is that it is only happening to users running Outlook 2002. Outlook 2000 works fine. I have tried to disable antivirus software, check the box to logon before sending email and still no luck. Any Ideas?
