Error ("Table Busy") / ("Table in used...") After Windows Fa

After a "Windows Total Freeze Bug" while Paradox 8 and my table (table wasn't in edit mode when the crash occured) that i will call MYTABLE.DB was open I had no choice but to Close the Cpu ... After a Reboot .. going back to work on that table i realized that the table Is "Lock" .. I can edit,insert or delete data in that table but i cant modify the struture (restructure fail on Save) of the table.. The Error that give paradox to me when i try to restructure the table is "blabla. Table already in use." and after this error.. paradox can't be close .. only CTRL+ALT+DELETE can close it..

i have reboot..
delete the .net file (that should not appear when paradox is not open ,but i have use CTRL+ALT+DEL to close it so..)
Check for *.lck file but none were found

and tryied again but the same error occur ("blabla. Table already in use." ). If i try a rebuild or something, error is ("Table Busy&quot

My Question is : How can i remove that "lock" from that table..? any suggestion will be appreciate.. Do there is any other file extention to delete?...

Im using win 98, im not on a network.. And even the back up table, witch wasn't open when the bug appear.. but have the same name and is located in an other dir have the same problem..

After new tests.. using an other Table utility (little prog called tblstruct.exe made by Borland (c) to check table struct and many information on table its Read-only)..
realize that as long as i dont try to Restructure my table,
the table isn'y Lock or in use..but as soon as i press Save or Save As in the restructure window nothing but the error (table already in use) or (table lock by an other user) appear.. after the error i cant close paradox .. only Ctrl+alt+delete can close it..

I am able to restructure All other table .. only one table and is backup wicth have the same name cant be restructure.

Any idea will be apreciate

How about using the copy command to copy the data to a new table? Then resturcture the new table and delete the old table. It wont tell you what happened, but it will let you continue with your work.

i have read a lot .. and finaly i found what was the problem.. a corrupt .DLL ... my problem is fixed, no pain no gain.. i should gain a lot soon...
