Error: "not in time window"

I'm having issues with BE 9.0. The error message is "not in time window" and it won't backup/run a job and it's doesn't send out an error report either. I've looked on the help and googled for it and I can't seem to find what the error means. In addition, if anyone does know what this error is... any clue on fixing it?

I've also tried to run an immediate backup and it's now saying a continual "ready" but has yet (4 days later) to start trying to back anything up.

Edit the job and change the start time to a 1 min later and submitt the change.

I tried that and finally had to delete the job and set up a new one. I'm not sure what happened but it was really messed up.
