ERROR-- "Non-selected user clearing"

i configure 2 routers cisco 760 to make DDR, i try the configuration on another place and it works but in my company they don't work.
i receive this error message:

Non-selected user clearing

i see on cisco web page and they say that this error meaning:

Destination is capable of accepting the call but rejected the call because it was not assigned to the user.

what can be the problem???
do you know how to solve this? thanks...

off hand i would say its probably just an authentication (pap/chap) error. are you sure that your username and passwords are correct? "No hacker is worth missing a Dead concert for" - c.s.

the problem can't be the authentication because it work in another place, i try on another bilding with diferent telefone numbers and it work. thanks...
