error "cannot create media & device"

Problem : "we ge error "cannot create media & device" while starting backup exec 8.5 on windows nt with service pack 6a.


Description : The problem comes when we start backup exec on windows nt machine with local administrator login. But same error does not come when we login as domain administrator on nt.

Is there any specific reason why it works only with nt domain account ?

Surprisinlgy, it does not give any error during backup.
