Error : "Cannot create file [] [] []" running QReport (D3) on Win2000

I have had an application running on a Windows NT machine for a number of years - using Delphi 3 and Paradox tables. This has been running, for the best part, trouble free.
On moving the application following an upgrade of the PC to the operating system of Windows 2000 I now see the error "Cannot create file [] [] []" (Square boxes) when running a .Preview against the QuickReport.
Is there a reason behind this and how do I go about resolving it ?

Did you install a printer? Or the drivers for the printer aren't valid for a windows 2000 OS.

It's not as easy as the printer - thanks anyway.
I actually get the error on any of my Windows 2000 machines - it seems to come about when the Quickreport contents spill over more than one single page.
I'm currently in the process of looking at the option of converting the application up to Delphi 5 to bypass this issue ....
