Error: "(9999,171)"

Hello,


I've recently just tried to install NSW 2006 and I keep having
problems with the install. An error comes up about half way through the
install. Error: "(9999,171)" Is the error and I've done everything
that Symantec asks to do for that error. I've also ran every norton
removal utility. I'm running spyware utilities right now, but if there
is anyone that knows a fix to this problem it'd be greatly appreciated

Hello Luke, I'm assuming you have found a solution to this problem by now but if you haven't I wanted to let you know what I did to finally get it installed.

I ran the majority of those tools (The ones that applied anyways) rebooted the machine and then it worked.
