Error Processing tape catalogs

We are running a backup on an exchange server (Windows Server 2000 and Exchange 2000) on a Seagate tape drive and travan 10/20 tapes. The error is "Not enough free disk space for temporary catalog files". The entire job is only about 6 gigs and there is still over 33 gigs available as free space. I should add that everything was running fine up until about a week ago and I have changed nothing in the job. I did change the folder and let the job recreate it but I still get the same error. Any ideas?

There are some hotfixes to result this issue. Apply the latest service pack for Backup Exec on your version.
