We are running Macola Progression v. 7.6.300B with Pervasive. I have one PC in our company that has all of a sudden stopped printing to the screen. The user is trying to run the General Ledger Trial Balance report in Account Order. When they set it to run and choose "Print to Screen", they get a Print error. After clicking on this error about 10 times, they get an error that states "Error 0/000 on file: Temp = *ByteStream*. After clicking Ok on this error, the user returns to the main screen. This is happening with any user on this specific PC. If the user tries another PC in the company, it works fine.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Pervasive, deleting out the tmp files and deleting out any ghost users. Nothing is making any difference.
Any suggestions other than just reformating and reinstalling everything? I'm assuming there's a conflict with another program on this PC but I can't figure out what the problem is.
