One of our workstations is getting a "rlzrun30.rts.exe. has generated errors and will be closed by windows" error when trying to print picking slips to the printer. I deleted the database_p.ISM file, this fixed the problem for about 5 minutes then it came back. Apperently other causes are long printer names and ACCPAC not being able to handle new printer drivers. The printer name isn't unusually long and there are no old drivers for the printer we use (Networked via TCP/IP - Cannon Ir330). I doubt those would cause the problem though because we have been using this printer for at least 8 months and the problem just raised yesterday on 1 workstation only. We are running ACCPAC 4.2a, the system manager has SP2 and OE has SP3. The workstation in question is Windows 2000 with 128mb. Currently this workstation can print to file and preview. Is there anything else I can try to fix this problem?
Thank you very much
