Error printing from HP Designjet 5000ps

Hi All,

I am recievig the following error message when attempting to print or check the properties of the print device:

Error::3030::OSPDLREG.C::OpenRegistryWithFriendlyName

Has anyone experience this problem before and can provide some information for troubleshooting the problem. Greatly appreciate it.
