If you choose yes a blank page is displayed. Nothing gets printed.

Which printer model are you set up to use? ActiveX or Acrobat Reader? In either case, the appropriate software needs to be installed on the workstation. Infoview will download the ActiveX, but I think that if the user has Actrobat installed, it will use that without downloading. The user will have to have rights to install these things on the workstation or it will not work.
