error parsing file using fgetcsv

Hello everyone,
i've got an unwabted result when usng fgetcsv in my script to parse csv file into an array
data : adhie; IT Specialist, programmer; Canada
Result : adhie - IT Specialist - programmer - Canada
What i try to get : Adhie -IT Specialist, programmer - Canada

Can anyone solve my problem?
