Error ORA-2002 when send mail

Hi, I hope everybody it's fine.
I try send a Email with UTL_SMTP, but only can send internally. I need send to others people, e.j: mymail@hotmail.com, mymail@yahoo.com, etc.

When i try to do that, appears the following error :

PDE-PXC019 Ora-20002: Relay rejected for policy reasons.

Apparently can't send email to outside( email in others server out of my net ).

Somebody help me?....

This sounds like a lan administration issue that your security guys do not want mail sent to external sources, especially since you state that it does work for internal people. Try sending it to an internal account which can forward the email to external people.
