Error: ORA-04045:(Need HELP)

i am getting Error: ORA-04045:

Scenario is ....
Suppose i have one Materialised view X whose master table is Y. When our master table (Y)is finished and after this one more job is there whose source is master table (Y) , when it tries to run it gives above error.
I am unable to find the reason.

For MV (X) follwing are attributes.
its staleness = STALE
refresh_mode= demand
rewrite_capability= TEXTMATCH
rewrite_enabled=Y
