Error ORA-01013 when importing tables to MSAccess

Hi, i run a schedulled task everyday at 3:00am, and one or twice on a week, the importing process fails and return the ORA-01013 - Cancel Request by User. This happend without any user request cancel the process.

I think this error is a ODBC problem, but i need a workaround for this issue.

I'm using Oracle 8.0.5 and the odbc driver 8.00.05.
