ERROR OR_INVALID_OXID with CIS

my client connect to the dcom object
through a proxy using CIS.
I get the error OR_INVALID_OXID.

Some articles say &quot;make sure that the client computer and proxy server can reach the DCOM server by using its full computer name, such as <computername.domain>.&quot;

I don't know how to do ,would any one help me.
