Error opening tftp

Thanks for taking a look at this post. Someone else was experimenting with this router prior to me inheriting it and it's issues. I've looked through this 2600 but am unable to determine how to rid it of this continuously occuring messsage. Can someone furnish a link or suggestion on where to start? Thanks.

Hello,

When the routers boots up, go into 'config t', then enter 'no service config' then make sure you save it into startup config (copy run start). Then reload your router, it should be fine. The router is looking to boot the config from a tftp server, that's why you are getting this.
