error opening tftp

hello,
i want to copy the files of firmware to the flash of UC520 so i configured a tftp server in the pc with th ip address 192.168.1.67 and i pointed option 150 to my tftp server address,the problem that when i try to copy the files in the flash it shows %Error opening tftp://192.168.1.67/apps11.8-5-2TH1-9.sbn/ what can be the problem? thanks
