Error opening program

Hello!

For years I did not work with the Clarion. But now I have to edit a template of a report. Trying to open the program is experiencing an error saying I have to file a template "Registry item Bigsys2 BigsysGraficos no longer exists".

Where can I find this template?
Can anyone help me?
