Error opening Order Entry Module Under Windows XP

One of my clients has moved from a win 98 machine to a windows xp machine and i've found that i'm now getting a 'too many files open' when in the order entry module. specifically when trying to add an invoice. I'm using AccPac Plus 6.5 for DOS. Any assistance would be appreciated.

To increase the number of files you need to add the line: files=[245](or whatever value you choose) to the config.nt.
Config.nt is the default config file used for all Dos programs.
