Error opening mailbox

One of the users here is getting a Lotus Notes error

Illegal circular USE: CoreEmailClasses

She clicks the error away and then gets a cannot allocate space error. In the past I have ran a compact copy stype to fix a cannot allocate space error. I tried this but it didn't work. Any other suggestions?

I managed to figure this out. I tried running compact and fixup with no luck. I then found some stuff in other notes forums. I right clicked on the mail icon, went to database, then refresh design. I then select the server and click yes to are you sure. It works fine now. Something strage that happens in the design template I guess.
