Error opening files

[Magman]

My router, a 2651 gives me this error every 2 minutes:

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/network-confg (Timed out)
%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/cisconet.cfg (Timed out)

i really don't know why...

here is the show version command if it helps....

Please let me know what the error means.
