Error on Windows Run-time

When I login to our server, I get this error:

Error Signature:

szAppName: crrun32.exe
sZAppVer: 8.0.0.2
szModName: msvcrt.dll

Talk to whoever installed the software. It's not really a Crystal error, it never gets as far as Crystal, as far as I can see.
