error on web booking

hi everybody
We have installed the conference center on the server .with full installation .
The installation has not given error messages and the licences correctly are seen from IPOffice. The module of the conference center, works. So, writing on the browser Webclient customer interface appears . Does not work, instead, the Web module booking, so writing appears an error like this:
THE FOLLOWING ERROR HAS OCCURED
MODULE: Database Class(clsECSDatabase)
PROCEDURE:ExecuteSingleRowQuery
Login failed for user'NTAUTHORITYNETWORKSERVICE'
can anybody help me?
