I have tried a few things to close out my ticket program but, I am not able to do it. I keep getting a ODBC error when I try to change a field's value.
I have created a query on a database and then created the form, which pulls the information from the query. The error I encounter is:
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] The text, ntext, and image data types cannot be compared or sorted, except when using IS NULL or LIKE operator. (#306)
I am using an auto number for my ticket number and on empty entry I am able to modify my field for status from a 0 to 1, which signifies open or closed.
I must be over looking something?
Any solutions?
