Error on ticketing with Nfuse and NDS

I have a Citrix XP server Farm with Win2000 with Novell NDS (Feature Pack 1)
When I try to launch an application installed on server different from the one where Nfuse is installed I receive this error
ERROR: The ticketing feature is disabled on one or more Citrix servers. Please make sure all Citrix MetaFrame servers in the farm have XML service listening on the same port number and all servers have valid licenses.

I have XLM service correclty configured and valid license installed an activated for all the servers.

We are having the same exact same problem with our NDS\Nfuse setup. Have you found any solutions yet?
