Error on startup 1

When I start my PC up, right at the end of loading, I get my connection box open up on it's own. When I click to close it i get the following error.

Wnad has caused an error <unknown>
Wnad will now close.


When I click to close the error box, I get another error.

Exception EAccessViolation in module Wnad.exe at 000294C4
Access Violation at address 004294C4 in module WNAD.EXE
Read of address 010AFEBC

Any Ideas?
I've run IE repair......No good

Paul. Absolutely spot on our kid. I thought I'd never come across WNAD before. Pity Norton AV 2002 never picked this up when I got sent the offending prog.
