Error on SP as recordsource

I have a report it's recordsource links to as SP. To pass 3 variables I use a form to select the criteria. When passing criteria manually to the SP it runs OK. However when it's supposed to open the report with the required records it stays blank and I get the following error message
"Must pass parameter number 2 and subsequent parameters as 'name=value' ..."

Have named variables in inputparameter property, but they seem to disappear after running the SP.

Any ideas?

In the Input Parameters of the report property, type something like this in.

@mymonth=forms!frmreports!txtMonth,@myyear=forms!frmreports!txtYear,@myday=forms!frmreports!txtDay

My variables are @mymonth,@mtyear and @myday, where the frmreports is the form name.

Thanks for your input, I have declared input parameters like that, but after running the stored procedure they are no longer in the properties box. Leading possibly to the error message

Any additional ideas?
