Could anyone tell me what is alarm code PMAP PRI 225 minor when listing error codes on the ROLM 9751 model 10 PBX. Appreciate it very much any troubleshooting guide in clearing this type of alarm. Thanks in advance for your help.
 
IT'S A PHONEMAIL ALARM, GO INTO PHONEMAIL AND CHECK THE TALOG FOR PRIORITY 2, AND 1 YOU CAN CLEAR THEM IN THERE AS WELL

Thanks again for your help. I went to phonemail and found out that last Saturday, 4/17/04,the phonemail had a gard restr: system power up - planar detected errors and the system recovered automatically. Two hours after, another alram was recorded= HD drive error on drive E. READ LBA=0003C964 key code=0314 URC D001 REC=700. Last night, while doing remote checking on the phonemail the HD drive error on Drive E came up again. LBA=0003c199 key code 0311 URC=D201 REC=700.

I have only one hard drive, no service guide manual and no maintenance contract. What I have is the phonemail student guide maintenance course and phonemail admin manuals. What are my options in troubleshooting and repairing these problems ? Please help. Thank you.
 
GO INTO PHONEMAIL AND DO A HDE PICK OPTION 2 TO SEE IF YOU NEED TO REASSIGN ANY BLOCKS, EITHER WAY DO A DOWNPHONEMAIL.
WHEN IT COMES BACK THAT IT'S DOWN FIRST DO A SCANDISK, AFTER IT COMPLETES IF YOU HAVE ANY BLOCKS TO REASSIGN DO THAT NOW.
AFTER YOU COMPLETE THAT DO A FIXUPDATABASE FOLLOWED BY A FIXVOICE, AFTER COMPLETION OF THIS DO A UPPHONEMAIL.

Thanks so much for your help. For the last 3 days I have not seen any critical errors from the phonemail system. I know that eventually the same alarm will come up again and I will definitely use the procedures that you advised me to do.
