Error on request to space to end of data

Greetings:
For the last month I have been getting failed errors from Backup Exec on our Exchange Server. We're using BE 7.2 Rev. 1223 with Exchange Option. NT4.0 SP6 and Exchange 5.5 SP3.
FYI, It had been working fine prior to this problem.

All other comments I've seen suggest a hardware problem. Although this may only be a case of re-installing the tape driver.
