New PRI running NI2 with TMDI card on Option 11C. When I enable the card everything looks great but as soon as I try to make a call I get ERR9032. This happens to the whole span channel by channel until the span is in lock out. Anyone have any ideas I'm trying to get hold of Telco now.

that error does not tell you much, did you enl the tmdi with a fdl.. the dch card and the tmdi need a download from the switch.... the pri came up sot he d is close, the start arangement may be off, i would enl msgi x in 96 and see why my calls are being regected.. might be the vsel choice is vce or vod and doen't matchthe network.. make sure with a entc that your sending the digits you think you are.. and also test it inbound

Ok inbound works, and the lockout was because telco only has 1 b-channel up. I'm drawing a blank today, the reason I can not make a call is because I'm only sending 4 digits and Telco is expecting 7 for Local calls. Long distance works they get all 11 but when I make a Local call they only get 4. john I changed the VCE to VOD and no different result. Thanks though
