Error on Presentation Server 4.0

I am testing a new install of 4.0 before rolling out to users. Right after login I got a windows error. This is the description of the error from the Application Event log.

Reporting queued error: faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.3790.1830, faulting module sphook.dll, version 4.0.2198.1, fault address 0x00004030

sphook.dll is in the program files\citrix\system 32 directory.

Ok after reboot.
Any ideas?
