So this is only happening on one of our extensions x119. The headset will take incoming calls and can call other extensions in the office but when you dial 9 to try and reach an outside line the display says ERROR and you get a busy signal. Any help would be much appreciated. The system is a NEC ElectraElite 48/192. Thanks

Check the key data in MB 4-12. Make sure you have trunk line appearances or at least one call appearance key.
