Error on Output report

Hi: We are trying to get CCM6.0 to save a report to a networked drive on a different server on our network but keep getting errors.

" The system could not output the CDN Route scheduled report to \\fab4\homedirs\cdnreport122320081210.htm.
Error code = -2147190908
Error Description: Failed to export the report. "

Can someone tell me what the best solution to this issue may be.

It's almost certainly a permissions thing, i.e. the CCMA does not have write or any access permissions to the target server/drive. You need a server specialist to sort this out, but it is not uncommon. Perhaps you need to map the target drive from the CCMA.
