Error on Outlook 97-mail file database

Using an NT workstation 4.0 SP5, Outlook 97 8.02 with SR2b:

Trying to set up an Outlook profile using the Lotus Notes Mail transport. Once it's added to the profile, when I click Properties, get a windows error message "Unable to Open Mail File Database". WIth and OK choice only.

Setting a profile on another machine works fine, done the same way.

Any ideas? It's connecting to a Domino server.
