I'm doing a new install of Call Pilot 5.0. When it tis performing the platform validity check I get an issue detection. Server Bios Version, the current value is AVAYA - 1e and the required value is NORTEL - 16.
it says something that the wizard has detected that the server is currently running in an unsupported hardware configuration. It says that the server must be running in a standard hardware configuration in order to run Call Pilot 5.0
Can anyone explain to me on where is the problem and what do I have to do to fix it.
