error on installing Crystal 8 Patch

Have installed Seagate Crystal Reports Version 8 Professional. Then tried to install the Crystal 8 patch. Got the following error message:

An error occurred during the move data process: -145
Component: Crystal Reports
File Group: Crystal Reports
File:

I've seen similar type errors before on installs, and they've indicated a missing .dll or system file. Would appreciate any assistance with interpreting this error!

Hi,

I've seen this type of error on NT when I was not logged in as a local Administrator. Once I logged in as a local Administrator I was able to install without any errors.

Should have mentioned OS..it's a Win2K machine, and I'm logged on with local Admin rights. Installing the Patch from a network location to the machine.
