Error on boot

Hi
I receive the following error when logging into a Win98 machine (using serveral different log ins and also when I cancel the log in): The app uses CTL3D32.DLL, which is not the correct version. This version of CTL3D32.DLL is desgined only for Windows Nt systems.

Any ideas?

It sounds to me like somehow that dll got replaced/registered for NT on this win98 machine. I would try either replacing the file from another 98 machine through dos or through dos extracting the Win98_24.cab file again and replacing it from there...that is where the file is on the 98 Cd I believe. Let me know if you need more info and how it goes.
