Can anyone shed more light on this issue? I did log a help call a while back, but my wording of the problem was perhaps not clear enough. I have packaged and deployed a VB6 app., including - to the best of my knowledge all the right DLL's that CRYSTL32.OCX requires. The 'issue' arises at the end of installing the app. on a machine. A window pops up with this message:
"An error occurred while registering the file
'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\crystl32.ocx'."

Of the options 'Abort', 'Retry' and 'Ignore', I select 'Ignore' and the setup concludes successfully. I launch my app. and all the reports - 23 of them - seem to run flawlessly. What I need to know is this: is there a DLL that is missing. Perhaps someone can give me a list?

I found these for another question and they might apply to you. You should also check the knowledge base for other related articles. Searching the KB is in the FAQ area.
