Error on 4006 SUP 2 switch

Hi,
I am getting the following error when booting 4006 switch running SUP2 (WS-X4013) CATOS.

DiagBootMode value unrecognized or undefined
invalid bootMode=
Exiting Off-line Diagnostics

I cannot find anything on Cisco web site on that.

Any suggestion?

Might be wrong about this (I frequently am) but this could be your switch has an incorrect config register set.

My 4006's are set to config register 0x2 (you can usually verify this with the 'show boot' command from user mode). The following link gives more detail about the config register

Not sure if this will help but check the parameter settings, from ROMMON issue the set command to see what your settings are...
