Error occurred while acctivating Accpac Data Source error
Installed the msmxl.msi file from Microsoft download and now it has error You do not have license for this product.
Any ideas?

What version of Accpac?
Do you have multiple versions installed?
What are you opening when you get this error?

and opening main program have the license error now

Reboot

Check that your shared data folder is still accessible

Check paths in the registry and the icon that you're using to run Accpac

Reboot- reboot after MSI put in caused the license error
Check that your shared data folder is still accessible- the one on server is available
Check paths in the registry- all ok

and the icon- icon ok

Check your rights to the shared data folder. It has to be full rights.

all other workstations have full rights and are operational so it is set to full for EVERYONE

Checked again shared folder on Server. I see Jill 's folder but empty now. What do you suggest?

It's empty? Which folder are you talking about? Where the *.LIC files are? Or her {accpac shared}\USER folder?
