Error occured while downloading file sitestat.xml

Hi,
I failed to download update on all EPO agent from EPO server 3.5 and keep on getting "Error occured whicle downloading file sitestat.xml, unable to find valid repository.

I'm running Virus scan 8.0i patch 15 and here is the error log on client machine , please help as no one get update in my network

Not too sure, but I'd look into Proxy issues.

I have tried to disable proxy with no luck!
Any idea?

You can prove replace files of repository ePO_DARMSD08
with files repository NAI, sure task replicated
repository has failed and \SiteStat.xml is corrupt archive.
