Error : Object expected when trying to view report via url

I installed CE10 and I am trying to view a report using URL that was designed in CR 8.5. I get
Error 'Object expected'
Code:0
URL http//143.62.21.78/MR/reports/ACC%20Report.rpt?user0=pj&password0=pj&init=actx

Same works well on another machine.

Is there a way to decode these error codes?
