Error number -53

Hi,
Need some help!

OS WINDOWS 2000 SP2
IMPROMPTU 5
INTERBASE 4.5

INSTALLED IMPROMPTU 5 ON MY PC AND TRYING TO TEST DATABASE RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING ERROR:
ERROR NUMBER -53:
DMS-4-YV_SYSTEMERR, An unexpected Windows error (126) occurred while attempting to load the gateway 'C:\Program Files\Cognos|Impromptu 5.0\IBDBAk.DLL'.

I have a employee who is running Impromput fine on her PC which is window 2000 sp2.

Don't know how to fix this, did some search and can not find anything for this.

Also, tried to install the interbase 4.2 Developer Client on my PC and get this error SEVERE internal error near IB Check What does this mean?

Hi,

I've encoutered the same error when I didn't install the Database client files. As I'm using MS SQL, the error shows me another .dll file.
So I guess this error should be related to your Interbase client.
