Error ' No suitable serve configured '

Hi...

I had configured faxing services for SAP R/3 4.0 for my company. Everything seem like working but when i try to send one document through fax it show "No suitable server configured" . This is the step i had performed

ME21 --> Header --> Messages / medium --> 2(fax)
Edit --> Communication Method

In this stage i click on 'copy' button and it show the error (No suitable server configured) . It's the fax number format error or some setting i had miss out? Please kindly help.

hello,
your question is answered in SAP-Note 150294.
So have a look in SAPnet.
This is corrected in Release 4.0A. An advance correction is possible.

thank you for the reply. Actually at the moment we are using SAP R/3 4.0B . Sorry for no inform earlier. Seem like my company SAP system is higher than the one mention, it should be ok. but some how i still receive this error message. It there any other way to solve this error.Please advise.

Hi,
sorry for my not helpful reply. I remembered having read SAP-Note 150294 a few days ago. But it seems there isn't a note concerning your error with 4.0B.
If nobody else comes up with a better answer, you will have to ask SAP support.
