Error: No free channels were available Outgoing group ID 77

hi Friends, on one of our IP 500 v2 system, I found this error message periodically. I double checked system setting and it tells me this group ID related to Paging system (paging connect trunk port. I'm not clear the meaning of error: does mean 2 people make paging at same time?

I don't know what version you are using but I have noticed this messages only using SSA on R9.1.6.
The line number is random and for sure it is a number not used at all.
I consider it as a
