error msg when trying to attach files to message

Some of our users are experiencing an error msg when trying to attach a document to a email message. It says error insert disk in D. If they keep saying Yes it allows them to attach the document. This happens as soon as they click on the attach button before they have selected the document itself

Is drive C: hidden using Zenworks or Micosoft policies?

If Yes, this has been reported in GW 5.5EP or newer. It is fixed in GroupWise 6 SP2.

On existing GroupWise clients you will need to install the SP2 for the GroupWise Client and then in the Registry settings make these changes:
Example:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Novell\GroupWise\Client\Files Locations]
"Default Attach"="h:\\"
"Default Save Attach"="h:\\"
