We are using MF 1.8 to launch applications anonymously using web ica over our intranet.
Occasionally, a user will get the following message: "Plug-in Failed to Intialize". Usually, hitting the Refresh button will overcome this problem and launch the app. However, sometimes it just won't correct the problem.
This only happens when the user has I.E. (all users have I.E. 5 or higher), never w/ Netscape. These are not "first time" users all have launched the same program from the same PC using the same browser for months/years with success.
I have checked the Citrix Knowledge Base but can't find this error. Does anyone know why this happens and what can be done to correct/prevent it?
